Big Boy's Towing & Recovery is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Franklin County and surrounding areas. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. All vehicles sold by the Seller are sold in accordance with Chapter 304 of the Missouri Revised Statutes - Section 304.155 and 304.157.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. This is an internet only auction. There is a 13.5% buyer's premium; cash or credit. 

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
